The Baha'is of North and South Kona will remember World Religion Day on Sunday and Martin Luther King Jr.'s birthday on Monday.

Videos on the faith continue on channel 14 at 5:30 p.m. Wednesdays and 7 p.m.Thursdays.

A Bahai fireside meeting will be held on Monday June 9, 1997, 7 - 8:30 p.m. on Alii Drive. The fireside will include an explanation of the Bahai faith in a casual atmosphere. Questions and diversity of viewpoint are welcome. Call 329-5511 for meeting site.

4/23/97 - Kona, Hawaii

Bahai election of local spiritual assemblies throughout the islands will take place on Monday. North Kona will follow with the celebration of the first day of Ridvan at 3 p.m. in Kona Heavens. Known as a paradise of love and revelation in Bahaullah's last days in Baghdad, Ridvan is now celebrated around the world.
